For years, I was struggling behind the scenes. I was battling hip pain, limited shoulder mobility from repetitive strain and an old tobogganing injury, plus the lingering effects of three herniated discs that left me with sciatica for 8 months feeling defeated and in pain everyday. Then every 6 months, like clockwork, my back would seize into painful spasms, and my SI joints would constantly feel twisted and unstable. It was exhausting trying to keep up with my kids, and my client load while managing my own pain. Discovering posture therapy changed everything.
