These are my suggestions for better exercise regimes and alignment.

Proper alignment is so important in decreasing pain. Slouching has become a normal posture so a good stretch is very important to your low back health and realignment of the pelvis.
I love my ball, for releasing my SI joint, and for my everyday Posture and exercise routine.
Side sleeping is a great way to sleep but you need support between your knees to balance your hip muscles.
Most people sit 8- 10  hours a day. Your sitting posture is just as important as your standing posture.
