** Cancellation Policy: 48 hours cancellation policy and no show, both will be charged the full appointment fee.  If you prepaid by credit card and canceled before 48 hours, you will be refunded minus the credit card fee. I realize life happens but unfortunately, your emergency also means a loss of my time. 
*If you are late, the missed time will be taken off your appointment time.  You are still responsible for paying for your scheduled time.
