Clinic Policies & ProceduresBy booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies.
My relationship with my clients is built on mutual trust, clarity, and respect. These policies protect your experience, my livelihood, and the professional environment of my home practice. If you do not support these policies, please refrain from scheduling an appointment. Thank you for being a valued part of my practice.
Privacy & HIPAA-Informed Confidentiality PolicyPrior to your first appointment, you will be required to complete a confidential online health history form. This form must be updated once per year or any time a significant change occurs in your health (e.g., surgery, major illness, new diagnosis, or injury).
As a massage therapist, I follow industry-standard privacy practices that align with HIPAA principles of confidentiality:
Cancellation, No-Show & Illness PolicyAs a sole practitioner, my schedule—and my income—depend entirely on the appointments booked by clients like you. Because of this, I maintain a strict cancellation policy.
Credit Card on FileA valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
It will ONLY be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
48-Hour Cancellation PolicyIf you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, the full treatment fee will be charged to the card on file.
This applies to any reason:
If YOU fill your appointment time with another person, the fee is waived.
Also, road closures due to major snowstorms are exempt.
Think of your massage appointment like a concert ticket:
If you can’t attend, you can gift it to a friend—or absorb the cost.
If You Are SickPlease stay home if you:
This protects my health and the health of other clients.
Late-notice illness cancellations (under 48 hours) will still be charged unless you fill your appointment time.
Appointment Times & What to ExpectThe duration you book reflects your entire appointment, which includes:
For the best results, I recommend booking 90 minutes whenever possible.
